By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
Please read carefully before you order.I. General Guidelines♡︎ Personal Use Only: All commissioned artwork is for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.♡︎ Commercial Use: You must discuss and purchase commercial rights if the artwork will be used for merchandise, marketing, or resale.♡︎ Modification: You may not modify, trace, or reuse the artwork without my explicit consent.♡︎ Rights Reserved: I retain the rights to the commissioned work, including displaying it in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials, conventions etc.♡︎ Prohibited Use:
❕ Reselling or minting my work as NFTs.❕ Using my work in AI training or related technologies.♡︎ Credit: If shared online, you must credit me as the artist. Tagging on socials appreciated.♡︎ NSFW and Adult content allowed. Please check ‘Will Draw’ and ‘Won’t draw’ below:

II. Payment and Pricing♡︎ Payment Method: TBA♡︎ Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront. Payment plans may be arranged for larger projects upon request.♡︎ Rush Orders: An additional 50% fee applies for tight deadlines or expedited delivery.♡︎ Additional Fees: Fees may apply for:
Complex designs (detailed outfits, intricate tattoos, etc.).
Alternate versions (outfits, poses, or NSFW variants).
Large-scale revisions or adjustments.+50% another character in drawing.III. Commission Process♡︎ Approval Stages:
Sketch: You’ll receive a rough draft for review.
Progress Updates: I’ll send you 3 updates at major stages like: line art, coloring, shading.♡︎ Revisions:
Included: One major revision at the sketch stage and minor changes throughout the process.
Additional Changes: Excessive revisions may incur extra charges.♡︎ Turnaround Time: I process the commissions in the order of arrival. You can check status of your order on: https://trello.com/b/fTg7jY4L/yorlatte
Standard turnaround is up to 3 months, depending on complexity and my workload. Rush orders are prioritized with the associated fee.IV. Usage and Rights♡︎ Artist’s Rights: I retain copyright over all commissioned work. This includes the right to display it publicly, unless the client requests a private commission it is an additional fee.♡︎ Client’s Rights:
You may use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., social media icons, headers, or printing for personal use).
Proper credit must be given when sharing online.♡︎ Prohibited Actions:
Claiming the artwork as your own creation.
Removing my signature or watermark.
Using the artwork commercially without purchasing the rights.
Using the artwork for AI training and NFTsV. Cancellations and Refunds♡︎ Client-Initiated Cancellation:
If canceled before the sketch is approved, a partial refund will be provided.
No refunds after sketch approval.♡︎ Artist-Initiated Cancellation: If I cancel the project, a full refund will be issued.♡︎ Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback will result in a ban from future commissions, and I retain the rights to the artwork created.VI. What You Receive♡︎ You will receive a digital artwork in high-resolution PNG format (300 DPI).
Option to purchase the layered PSD or CSP file for $10 USD.VII. Commercial Rights♡︎ Commercial rights are available, please contact me.
This allows you to use the artwork for merchandise, advertising, or branding.
Credit is still required even with commercial use.Thank you for your commission!
